Iain Plant is the Managing Director of Plant Associates Ltd and oversees the continued success of our Chartered Surveying company. He has an in-depth experience in a vast variety of property related matters. Iain has been invited to give seminars to fellow professionals, as well as at The University of Brighton. In addition, Iain provides input to the UK Board at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS Matrics).
Iain has been elected as Sussex Chairman of the RICS Matrics; this primarily involves nurturing talent, inspiring people to enter the profession and enhancing skills by giving high quality training.
Having a true passion for his career and in enhancing client satisfaction, this has ultimately resulted in Plant Associates being formed – all based upon strong relations with repeated excellent performance.

Giovanna has a passion for the built environment and regularly co-ordinates Women in Property events – helping to create a strong network of professionals and knowledge sharing. Her excellent communication and organisation skills allow her to panel different professional events to great success.
In her spare time Giovanna enjoys exercising and keeping fit, going for long walks in nature and spending quality time with her fiancé, family and friends.

Daniel Watson – MRICS, MA, BA

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in Surveying (becoming Chartered in 2008) – he has a vast breadth of experience including residential development, valuations, maintenance advice, survey reporting and building alterations. Helping to ensure all Clients are given in depth advice at all times.
His experience and knowledge in property has come from years working in London running his own residential development and investment company. He sourced, converted and developed flats and houses on-behalf of investors, as well as private commission refurbishments. Learning hands on allows him to spot building faults and come up with solutions.
Daniel’s passion for property also led him to living in the Middle East for several years during the big boom. Where he also worked on larger commercial projects. He is an extremely experienced Project Manager from planning stage to final building control sign off.
Daniel is professional and personable and has worked in property from all angles, therefore bringing invaluable expertise to all work undertaken.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys gardening, playing golf and tennis, exploring new areas of the UK and spending time with his family.
